A royalty is available for professors or their departments for products sold to students. Royalties are also available for sales to general public or to students in other academic institutions. These materials not only give the authors additional royalties, but bring prestige to their institution. This database of teaching materials from other institutions can be used to enhance professors' teaching anywhere.

Professors and departments can hold copyrights for their own material with Flash Publishing licensed to market and distribute their video, audio, and text academic products. The nature of the products will not require copyright clearance for most of the material used, however Flash Publishing will obtain all copyrights for material owned by third parties prior to production and use.
